Research On Improvement On Supply Chain Management Of L Vacuum Coating Equipment Manufacture Company

In recent years, along with more and more companies accessed to this industry, vacuum coating equipment manufacturing industry has become one of the most competitive industries. Therefore, it becomes a real problem how to improve the quality of the equipment, reduce costs, optimize services to increase market share.Company L is a leader in the vacuum coating equipment manufacturing industry, with its long-term accumulation of vacuum technology, sophisticated equipment integration capabilities and a good brand effect in the industry, has made relatively rapid growth in the past ten years in the Chinese market. However it suffered from the bad situation in output growth, and even had a loss in 2012 and 2013. Apart from some external reasons, it is a key factor that it is insufficient of operational capacity. Although the overall market is growing slowly, the reality is that the low-end equipment market segment by competitors seize. L Company needs to optimize device configuration efforts, improve operational level obviously become very necessary, but as an integrated manufacturer of complex equipment, supply chain management level of the overall operational level has a critical influence. Therefore, this thesis discusses the improvement on supply chain management of L Company in order to enhance their competitiveness.In this thesis, firstly, the research background is introduced, including development of the vacuum coating industry and L Company, and the current problems to be solved. Secondly, a synthesis of the theory and method of manufacturing enterprise operations management, supply chain management, supply chain management and the status of the company were described and analyzed, the problems found in the company, noted in supplier management inefficiencies, inadequate information system three main issues of organizing production methods couldn't meet the current market demand. By further analysis, combined with the actual situation of the company, presented four options to solve the problem. The program is based on the idea of supply chain management starting to solve the problem, in order to maximize the supply chain for our customers to add value to the principle of optimization and the establishment of sui Tab. L Company's products and market demand for the type of supply chain and production, targeted to solve the company's problems. Finally, the implementation of measures to ensure the optimization scheme is suggested. Concluding part of this article as a summarized by the above method can effectively improve the L Company's supply chain operational efficiency, and enhance the company's competitive advantage.
