The public transport companies' financial subsidies was reduced, since the state abolished the fuel subsidies in 2014, the serious loss of the phenomenon exists in annual revenue, S city public transport corporation has no exception. In the absence of a national fuel subsidies policy situation, public transportation enterprises as a typical policy of loss making enterprises and it's also a state-owned enterprise, which relates to the national economy and the people's livelihood, providing public products and services. The public transport corporation need provide better services, at the same time, combine with the actual situation of the enterprises themselves to make a profit, achieve the revenue, and finally alleviate the financial pressure on the financial pressure and the enterprise itself.Relying on the provision of public goods and public services, take the policy subsidies, it has no driving force in the face of reform for policy-type loss enterprises. Public transport companies need a lot of fixed costs, which is the most important part of the company cost. After many years of exploration and development, the public transport corporation built their relatively unique profit model gradually, but the profit pattern of aggressive cost savings and line optimization that have been unable to meet the demand for the company's expenses. As one of the major cities under the Jing Jin Ji integration strategy, S city public transport corporation has defaulted on fuel, parts costs, engineering, and the cost of car, union funds and other produce huge costs in 2015. It is facing the situation of gas stopping, material supply and other distress. The profit model of innovation is the only way that can be sustainable development for the company's future.At the beginning of this thesis, the theory of profit models are summarized and concluded, the definition and components of the profit model is defined. Followed by introducing profit model, researching characteristics and development trend. Then do research and analysis on the profit model of the influence factors and the operation statistical data by the comparative analysis method. Through making an analysis of the new profit point, the possibility of the company's ability and the level of competitors, then in the end, combined with the earnings of the third industry operations, outdoor media operations and other aspects of profitability, especially for the innovation of advertising revenue model and operation strategy to sum up the company's profit model innovation strategy. In the thesis, with the value orientation of marketing management and brand construction strategy, make the best of the macro environment analysis, SWOT analysis and competitive environment analysis tools, put forward new ideas and methods for the company's strategic choice, to enrich the revenue generating channels in a certain extent, which can provide the public products and services better, encourage people to take green travel more effective, and also provide theoretical support and practical reference for other enterprises of the same type of profit mode, then promote the healthy development of our country's public transit industry on the profit model innovation.
