After China's entry into WTO, the economy has developed rapidly, and the economic and trade potential has been stimulated. The continuous influx is foreign enterprises, more and more domestic competitors, making China's enterprises more competitive pressure. As the key of modern management, performance management has been valued A more and more enterprises. How to establish a perfect and scientific performance management system to meet the needs of the development of Chinese enterprises is a major problem faced A domestic enterprises.Key performance indicators(KPI) can be based on the basis of KPI indicators, scientific and rational development of performance appraisal system, to achieve performance appraisal indicators. KPI as the key to the performance evaluation, not only affects the objectivity of the performance appraisal, but also the premise of the staff to implement the incentive policy.However, most of the enterprises have their own performance appraisal system, but in the method, the way and the result of the low degree of satisfaction problems, or the phenomenon of unfair assessment results. In fact, KPI in the development process is facing the biggest problem is the problem of quantitative indicators of the problem. At present, the majority of enterprises in the KPI setting process, the setting up of index and the performance appraisal principles to deviate from, some enterprises even ignore the effect to the organization as a whole, or in accordance with the wishes of the management targets are set, there is strong subjectivity.On the basis of summarizing the results of previous studies, this paper takes A company as an example to design, implement, operate and evaluate the performance appraisal system of KPI. At the same time, this paper follows the idea of putting forward, analyzing and solving problems. First, put forward the research background, significance, the theoretical analysis of the contents; secondly, the overall problem of a company's performance appraisal problems.At the end of this paper, combined with actual case, the KPI as the core of practice examination and explain KPI system establishment process and found the shortcomings, in order to achieve the application of KPI in similar enterprises.
