Aerospace high-tech weapon is a strong guarantee of China’s national defense industry,which reflects China’s comprehensive national strength.In the process of developing aerospace high-tech weapons,quality should never be neglected.High-level quality management ensures the successful development of aerospace high-tech weapons.With the great progress achieved by China’s aerospace industry,how to carry out the research of relevant quality management and make full use of its systematic and preventative advantages has become a significant problem for developing aerospace high-tech weapons.A high-efficiency quality management system can also provide sustaining impetus for China’s national defense industry.Based on the in-depth study of quality management theory,this paper analyzes the weak links in the development process of aerospace high tech weapons.According to the characteristics of the quality risk which lies in the developing process of aerospace high-tech weapons,this paper establishes an evaluation index system of quality risk,and builds the evaluation model basing on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the basis of theoretic research,this paper combines the specific practices of quality risk management of aerospace high tech weapon development,and evaluates the risk in the process of the quality management.In addition,it gives solutions to further strengthen the quality risk management and provides a solid guarantee of the aerospace high-tech weapons.Based on the research,the quality of aerospace high-tech weapons has been obviously improved.The process of quality management is becoming more programmed and standardized.Meanwhile,quality management level of scientific research and production has been greatly improved.This research also possesses high reference value for quality management of other types of products. |
