Research On The Improvement Of Batch Production Of Navigation Satellites

With the development of China Aerospace industry,satellite development tasks have increased year by year,the number of satellites during the period from "10th Five-Year" to "12th Five-Year" grows exponentially,and the satellites also change from test to business application,the production mode gradually changed from a single star development mode to small batch.During this period,China's satellite development ability is also rising,in order to adapt to the rapid production of high density and emission requirements,Satellite development enterprises actively explore the methods to upgrade aerospace model production capacity.Navigation satellite enterprises launched batch production concept,through the implementation of batch production,the production efficiency of navigation satellites was greatly improved,and the cost of navigation satellite development was effectively reduced,both enhanced the international competitiveness of China's navigation satellite products.Currently,how to further enhance the ability of navigation satellite batch production to achieve navigation satellite products network is an important issue for the development of navigation satellite manufacturing enterprises.This paper chose the batch production capacit y of Beidou Global System as the research object,by analyzing the current situation of Beidou Global System,this paper analyzed the problems of batch production management.By using concurrent engineering,process optimization and other related theories,this paper made research on navigation satellite group production capacity improving from process optimization,program optimization and control means of information construction,to improve the production efficiency of the satellite group and meet need of the global satellite navigation system construction.At last,this paper evaluated the effectiveness of the implementation of batch production capacity,and put forward the measures for further implementation.This study provided a powerful support for t he navigation satellite group batch production capability,greatly improved the navigation satellite group production capacity,and also provided a practical reference for other types of satellite development ability promotion.
