At present,China's economic slowdown,the decline in investment growth,the construction market has gradually entered the low-speed development period,the construction industry continued to intensify competition,construction enterprises in order to maintain the leading position in the competition must seek new solutions,provides an effective way to introduce BIM technology for construction enterprises to upgrade.Enterprises in the application process of BIM application,not only need to pay attention to the existing technology,make continuous innovation,expanding to other applications,especially the application in the project management,and fully tap the potential application value of BIM.Therefore,the combination of BIM and knowledge management system,build a set of construction project knowledge management,on the one hand to promote the popularization of BIM technology in enterprise,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises;on the other hand to improve the current situation of project management decision-making,provide a reliable basis for decision-making,so as to lay the foundation for the intelligent management of construction enterprises.To the decision-making problems of project management in the construction enterprise as the research object,through the relevant information outside the integrated BIM information and the acquisition of BIM,constructs the conceptual model of knowledge management in construction project,the model consists of information resource database,knowledge base and rule base of three modules,based on the proposed management and decision-making process;BIM5D,information integration platform based on project oriented integrated unit to knowledge classification for the construction of the standard implementation of knowledge integration and management,build the enterprise knowledge base;in the knowledge base,using variable precision rough set method for extracting decision rules,build decision rule base;in the new project decision-making,The complete conditional attribute matching,approximate matching,matching and matching step four matching,gives a decision under different methods,namely,direct access to decision from the rule base,approximate decision schemes for obtaining,obtaining approximate combination decision and step by step,under the decision.Finally,the data of 18 Civil construction project to simulate the construction of knowledge base,decision rules library,as well as new projects and case,approximate time estimation,results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the knowledge management system.
