Research On Remanufacturing Supply Chain Coordination For Sustainable Performance

In nowadays,along with the rapid economic development,there are so many environmental and social problems,which threat human survival and development.So the concept of sustainable development came into being.As a major source of environmental problems in manufacturing sector,a new manufacturing model named remanufacturing came into being.With the concept of sustainable development,remanufacturing and remanufacturing supply chain coming into being,there have been so many new problems in the remanufacturing and remanufacturing supply chain research:what is the mechanism for remanufacturing achieving sustainable performance;how to achieve remanufacturing supply chain coordination for sustainable performance.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth study on remanufacturing supply chain coordination for sustainable performance.The main researches are:(1)This paper studies the mechanism of remanufacturing achieving sustainable performance.Firstly,it constructs the sustainable performance index system under the background of remanufacturing,analyzes the economic,environmental and social benefits of remanufacturing,then takes the relationship between benefits and performance as the breakthrough point,design research frame.Finally,the case analysis of FAST GROUP Co.,Ltd is carried out to verify the results of theoretical analysis.(2)For the remanufacturing supply chain system composed of a single manufacturer and distributor,not only considering the government ' s incentive mechanism for the recovery of used products,but also considering the environmental factors,that is the manufacturer's production activities on the degree of environmental damage,based on the game theory,study the pricing strategy of new products,remanufactured products and waste products under the condition of no-difference pricing of the supply chain system on decentralized supply chain decision-making and centralized supply chain decision-making model.On this basis,the paper analyzes and compares the optimal decision-making results of the three decision-making models which are decentralized supply chain decision-making,centralized supply chain decision-making and coordinated supply chain decision-making.(3)For the remanufacturing supply chain system composed of a single manufacturer and distributor,not only considering the government's incentive mechanism for the recovery of used products,but also considering the environmental factors,that is the manufacturer's production activities on the degree of environmental damage,based on the game theory,study the pricing strategy of new products,remanufactured products and waste products under the condition of difference pricing of the supply chain system on decentralized supply chain decision-making and centralized supply chain decision-making model.On this basis,the paper analyzes and compares the optimal decision-making results of the three decision-making models which are decentralized supply chain decision-making,centralized supply chain decision-making and coordinated supply chain decision-making.Through the research of this paper,the conclusion and management inspiration not only promote the theoretical research on the coordination of remanufacturing supply chain,but also have some guiding effect on the practice.
