Analysis Of The Import And Export Trade Impact Of South Korea's FDI To China

In 2015,China and South Korea free trade agreement(FTA)formally signed,marking the friendly cooperation of the two countries entered a new stage.China and South Korea are each important economic partners for each other,China not only has cheap human resources,more broad market,which are need in South Korea.Capital as one of the most important factors of economic development,play an irreplaceable role in a country or a region in the process of economic development.South Korea's direct investment to China,have some characteristics as the following: started although late but developed rapidly;although investment industry diversification but manufacturing is still occupy the largest share;investment areas constantly expanding;investment subject gradually diversified.South Korea's direct investment to China,play a significant role in introducing foreign capital in China.The research about the different effects on South Korea's direct investment to China has a great significance,such as the economic development of China's GDP growth,the social capital formation,the three industrial output growth,employment,the import and export trade and so on.According to different effects,status quo and characteristics,putting forward some useful suggestion,has larger significance for improving the efficiency of the south Korean capital.In this paper,based on China's point of view,China import and export data as explained variables,the gross domestic product(GDP)in China,foreign exchange reserves,China's actual use of South Korea directly with investment,exchange rate,employment number is as explained variable.To South Korea to China's direct investment to China's import trade quantity,number of export trade,import trade commodity structure and the influence of the structure of export commodities trade analysis,using correlation analysis and linear relationship analysis,analysis of cointegration relationship analysis methods,such as the analysis results are obtained.According to the result of analysis,combined with the status quo and characteristics of South Korea's direct investment to China,put forward the cooperation and absorption,optimize export structure;Strengthen management and identify,pay more attention to the choice of the investment main body,Optimize investment industry choice,to promote trade employment;Establish foreign capital utilization analysis platform,improve the utilization efficiency of foreign investment and so on,hope to be able to use to make a small contribution to effectively promote foreign investment.
