A Study Of The Influence Of Foreign Direct Investment On The Import And Export Trade Of Laos

The increasingly close international trade has made the cooperation and communication between countries more extensive.The impact of foreign direct investment on import and export trade is more acute.In 1986 Laos reform and opening up,and trade cooperation with countries began to close.And many policies that are beneficial to foreign investment have been introduced,attracting foreign investors to invest in various projects in Laos,and the amount of foreign investment has been increasing.The Laos government has always adhered to the attitude of encouraging foreign investment.The introduction of various policies and mechanisms has also made the Laos import and export trade mechanism more transparent and fair,which guarantees the most basic interests of foreign investors.Foreign direct investment will have a certain impact on the import and export trade of Laos.Foreign direct investment on the one hand promotes the development of Laos import and export trade,on the one hand,there are also many problems.This paper focuses on the impact of foreign investment on the import and export trade of Laos to find out the most important factors affecting the import and export trade of Laos.There are seven chapters in this article.The first chapter mainly describes the background significance of the topic selection,research summary and research methods at home and abroad.The second chapter studies the theoretical basis.The third chapter is the current situation of foreign direct investment in Laos.The development of foreign investment in Laos and the form of foreign investment,the distribution of industries and the country of origin are mainly analyzed.The fourth chapter is the present situation of the development of the import and export trade of Laos.This article mainly analyzes the total volume of import and export trade,the structure of import and export trade and the structure of foreign trade in Laos.In the fifth chapter,we use econometric methods and variables to analyze the impact of FDI on Laos import and export trade and get the results of empirical analysis.Thesixth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate foreign trade development in Laos with foreign investment.To promote the progress of foreign investors and Laos import and export trade.The seventh chapter is the main conclusions and prospects of the study.
