Application Research On Potato Quality Safety Traceability System In Yunnan Province

With the rapid development of our society,people’s life level has been improved.People pay more and more attention in the safety problems of agricultural products.Now all sorts of food safety issues in society directly endanger people’s health,so people are worried about the quality and safety of agricultural products.The establishment of the agricultural products quality safety traceability system protects the security of agricultural products in China,but the extension of the agricultural product quality safety traceability system of yunnan has the certain difficulty such as market back less products,local application.In the same way the potato produce traceability system application in yunnan province needs to be further improved and perfected.Taking potato industry of yunnan province and the development of agricultural product quality safety traceability system in yunnan as the background,This paper’s analytical method mainly use literature review method,system analysis,questionnaire survey,market research and is based on the quality safety tracing network of yunnan agricultural products which is up to Yunnan provincial agriculture department to host and sponsored by Yunnan agricultural information center.This paper research the agricultural product quality safety traceability system construction and application of yunnan province and through the combination of quality and safety analysis of agricultural products traceability information network and kunming traceability market,propose the promotion of the application of potato quality safety traceability system of countermeasures and suggestions in yunnan province.The text is divided into seven chapters altogether.The first chapter introduces the thesis research background and significance in brief,referencing foreign and domestic development of agricultural product quality safety traceability system theory as the basis for this article.The relative concepts and the related theory of potato quality safety traceability system is introduced in the second chapter.The third chapter explains the present situation of the development of agricultural potato products in yunnan province and the status of quality safety traceability system.Then this paper expounds the quality and safety tracing information network of yunnan agriculture department,which laid the foundation for the analysis of the next chapter with research.The fourth and fifth chapter set up potato quality safety traceability system evaluation system in yunnan province,through the index weighting,target the potato enterprises in the quality and safety of yunnan agricultural products,design the questionnaire and conduct market research,analysis potato quality safety traceability system application problems of yunnan province.The sixth chapter,on the basis of above research,put forward the popularization and application of the yunnan province potato quality safety traceability system countermeasures and suggestions respectively from the government’s policy,the main body to participate,traceability information integrity,talent reserves,unified platform management five aspects.The seventh chapter summarizes the paper.
