| Rural energy as an important material basis for sustainable development in rural areas is an important guarantee for the creation of a new socialist countryside.Rural energy problems on the one hand reflects the living standards of farmers,on the other hand also reflects the rural social and economic development.The level of energy use of farmers is also closely related to the development of local ecological environment.Farmers as the main body of rural investment,production,consumption and management activities,its energy consumption behavior is not only an economic phenomenon,or a psychological phenomenon,social phenomenon.Xinjiang as the most western border areas of the motherland,the rural population accounted for 52.77% of Xinjiang’s population,the development of agricultural economy is essential for regional economic growth.In Xinjiang,the traditional agricultural production mode and the low level of science and technology not only hindered the transformation of low-carbon agriculture,but also limited the low-carbon behavior of farmers’ energy consumption.Without the popularization of low-carbon economy and low-carbon technology,It is difficult for farmers to complete their transition from extensive to low-carbon models.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the energy consumption behavior of farmers and guide farmers to form low carbon energy consumption value orientation and promote their implementation of low carbon energy energy behavior.Based on the above,this paper combs the domestic and foreign residents of low carbon energy consumption behavior of the literature,to find the necessary research methods to adapt to this article.And the low-carbon energy consumption behavior of Xinjiang farmers as the research object,through the Xinjiang region 11 regions 285 farmers survey,first of Xinjiang farmers low carbon energy consumption behavior of the descriptive statistical analysis,followed by two-stage clustering The farmers were divided into three groups,namely,"high carbon","middle" and "low carbon",respectively.Through the analysis of cross analysis,it was discussed that the different ethnic groups were low Carbon energy purchase behavior on the differences,summed up the Xinjiang farmers low carbon energy consumption behavior problems.And then use the Logistics regression model to analyze the influencing factors of low-carbon energy consumption behavior of farmers in Xinjiang.There are many factors that affect the low-carbon energy consumption behavior of farmers,including personal characteristics,family characteristics,lifestyle,situational factors Big class.And improve the energy consumption structure;strengthen the low-carbon environmental publicity and education efforts to enhance farmers awareness of environmental protection;increase the intensity of subsidies,such as the development of rural energy market,Improve the follow-up management system;improve the rural labor market,promote non-agricultural employment transfer;increase technical support,regulate the energy market,in order to promote low-carbon consumer behavior,rural areas to achieve low-carbon development. |
