With the development of social science and technology level unceasing enhancement,the Internet is widely spread,people rely on the Internet is more and more deep,so the network has gradually become the majority of people live,work,an integral part of the study,especially the impact of online shopping on people's most prominent.Due to network infrastructure improvement,continuous development supporting industries so that people gradually accept and trust of online shopping,especially it has become the main way of shopping young generation.3 years ago O2 O has officially entered the domestic market,although the O2 O model has been used in many enterprises,but from a practical point of view to explain the O2 O mode The experts and scholars are not much.In this situation,a typical case to study the O2 O enterprise profit model combined with Suning Commerce's O2 O transformation from the traditional retail industry,in promoting the development of O2 O retail enterprises,has a certain practical significance,but also has a certain theoretical significance in the study of electronic commerce O2 O retail profit model.In this paper the concepts related to profit model,and the characteristics of electronic commerce and O2 O profit model are introduced.Then the Suning Commerce is analyzed as an example,according to the four elements of profit patterns(profit point,profit strategy,profit object of customer value,the profit source of income,profit and related measures activity and profit barrier)on the competitiveness of Suning Commerce profit model for factor analysis,and then focus on the financial index over the same period of Suning Commerce related financial indicators for analysis and to its rival JD were analyzed.The comparative analysis of the five elements and profit model and the hand of the JD,and then to 21 02 years and 2013 before and after the transformation of the O2 O demarcation point of Suning Commerce's case were analyzed.In order to find out the deficiencies and shortcomings in the profit model of Suning Commerce and put forward the improvement measures and suggestions on optimizing problem,and then extended out of the same industry proposals.From the factor analysis,financial analysis and comparative analysis of the results,the neglect of online customer relationship,logistics and other supporting system is weak,the high rate of assets and liabilities,inventories and other assets turnover rate and low efficiency,slow income growth and other aspects of the problem,and put forward proposals.At the same time,it also exposed the risk there,in the transformation of Suning Commerce therefore,companies should be cautious in the process of O2 O transformation,avoid the strategic errors caused by the strategic transformation of the blind,and to do publicity and improve the online customer relationship,focus on financial risk,industrial structure and other aspects.
