Research On Development And Financial Supports Of Farmers Specialized Coorperatives In The Crops

Farmers' professional cooperatives as a new type of cooperative economic organization in the new rural construction,which has played a role to solve the conflict between small farmers and big market and improve the right to speak of farmers and reduce business risk,it is an important carrier of rural economic entities and the development of agricultural modernization.Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is one of the organizations,government,and military enterprises,the implementation of system by the combination of the two-tier management system.the Corps' professional cooperatives since 2013 to determine the main position and trend of rapid development,which has played an irreplaceable role to improve the income of farmers,group cohesion strength,meet the market demand and the maintenance of social stability.From the current development situation,the development level of the Corps' professional cooperatives is not high,there are still small scale,weak competitiveness,management is not standardized,accumulation of capital shortage and financing difficulties.Among them,the financing is particularly serious,is one of the key factors restricting the development of the Corps' professional cooperatives.Because the Corps' professional cooperatives development in small scale,no loan qualification,lack of collateral and other factors,it is difficult to obtain loans from financial institutions to support profitability.Although rural financial institution plays an important role in rural economic development,yet the current financial institutions credit funds for the Corps' professional cooperatives still exist shortage.Under this background,solving the issue of financial support to the Corps' professional cooperatives,which has important significance for promoting the development of the Corps' professional cooperatives.Paper from two aspects of theory and empirical study of the development status and influence factors of lack of financial support of the Corps' professional cooperatives.Mainly based on the theory of transaction cost,the rural credit subsidy theory,rural financial repression and financial deepening theory,deeply analysis the development status of farmer cooperatives,and influence factors of insufficient financial support.First of all,introduce the thesis research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad are reviewed,defined the core concepts,theoretical basis and special system of the Corps,Tamped the theoretical basis of the paper.Secondly,based on the data collected from the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the Corps' professional cooperatives and the difficulties of financial support.This paper expounds the necessity of financial support from the three aspects: development stage,service object and development prospect,analyzes the reasons of financial support from the main body of financial demand,the main body of financial supply and policy guarantee.Thirdly,the structural equation model is used to analyze the influencing factors of the financial support of the Corps' professional cooperatives.The analysis results show that the path coefficient of development ability and credit support is positive,and the development ability and development potential are also positive for the external financial environment,and all have significant,this shows that the financial support of the Corps' professional cooperatives is the result of internal and external causes,and the external cause is the driving force for the development of internal factors;There is a positive correlation between the development potential and the development ability,and the development potential has a positive impact on the external financial environment;The factors that influence the development ability of the Corps' professional cooperatives are anti-risk ability,technical management,financial situation,the quality of the members,the establishment of institutions and personnel management.The external financial environment is also a direct positive effect on credit support,the more relaxed financial environment,the greater the possibility of obtaining credit support,In the external financial environment,the influencing factors of the latent variables are financial products,credit limits,demand matching,the requirements of the review,the interest rate concessions,The influence of the external financial environment on the credit support of the Corps' professional cooperatives mainly from financial institutions.Then,the paper analyzes the development of domestic and foreign farmers' professional cooperatives and the experience of financial support to the development of the Corps' professional cooperatives.Finally,according to the analysis results,the author puts forward some policy recommendations to solve the problem of insufficient financial support of the Corps' professional cooperatives from three aspects: the development of cooperatives,the construction of financial institutions and the government system.
