Scientific and technological progress and innovation are important forces to promote the economic development of a country.High-tech industry contributes to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and improves economic efficiency.Moreover,the way of industrial cluster development has gradually become an important source of promoting regional economic development.With the rapid development of high-tech industrial clusters,its competitiveness is increasing and its impact on economic growth is also increasing.It is the focus of a study that whether the input of high manpower and high financial can promote economic growth and generate higher economic efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the input-output efficiency of high-tech industry,that is the study of TFP(Total Factor Productivity).Firstly,this paper designs the evaluation index system of high-tech industry cluster competitiveness after we complete the analysis of high-tech industry cluster development concept and characteristics,and research the characteristics and development rules of high-tech industrial clusters;Based on the improvement of exponential function method,this article construct the evaluation model of competitiveness of high-tech industry cluster.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of subjective and objective weight calculation method,this paper calculate the weight,and then calculate the comprehensive evaluation value.Secondly,this paper uses the DEA-based Malmquist index analysis method to calculate TFP of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The TFP is decomposed into two aspects: technical progress and technical efficiency.Thirdly,this paper makes a study on the relationship between the competitiveness of high-tech industrial clusters and TFP in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on the Eviews software.The relationship between the two is determined by Granger causality test,and then we establish the VAR estimation model to confirm the long-term relationship between the growth rate of industrial cluster competitiveness and the TFP.Finally,this paper obtained two graphs by making impulse response analysis and variancedecomposition which illustrate the short-term impact and contribution of competitive growth rates on TFP.Finally,according to the results of the Eviews software test and the reference of the new classical growth model analysis method,this paper makes a function model of high-tech industry cluster competitiveness and TFP in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.And then this hypothesis is tested based on curve fitting of the MATLAB software which can fit the curve of the two variables by using the curve fitting of the data of the two variables.The results show that the increase of the competitiveness of high-tech industrial clusters has a positive effect on TFP in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but the marginal effect decreases and the fitting curve eventually stabilizes.The paper puts forward some suggestions based on the analysis results.
