Research And Application Of Inventory Management In GM Enterprise

With the fierce competition in the market,enterprises rely on their own financial resources,material resources and other resources can not adapt to the changes in the market environment.Enterprises must strengthen management,realize the effective integration of resources,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The field of logistics is the third profit source of the enterprise.It can improve the profit of the enterprise by strengthening the logistics management and controlling the logistics cost.Inventory cost usually takes a large proportion in the logistics cost.Through the optimization of enterprise inventory management,the inventory cost can be well controlled,and the economic profit can be improved.Firstly,This paper puts forward the background and significance of the research,and through the reference a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the paper summarizes the research results.Furthermore,the related concepts of inventory and inventory management and the related methods of inventory management are expounded,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,this paper introduces the present situation and problems of inventory management in GM enterprises.This paper first introduces the basic situation of GM enterprises,and then analyzes the status of inventory management from three aspects:Inventory management environment,Inventory material management and Inventory flow management.Through analyzing the present situation of GM enterprise inventory management,the inventory management problems are obtained.Thirdly,based on the actual situation of GM enterprise inventory management,the material classification index system is established.DEA method is used to improve the traditional ABC classification,the ABC classification results are obtained,and then the classification model is established based on the ABC-NL matrix classification model.Selection of suitable inventory management model based on classification results.Finally,puts forward some measures to ensure the inventory management of GM enterprise,to overcome in the whole process of the obstacles and problems,provide agood environment for the implementation of GM enterprise inventory management,to ensure the smooth operation of inventory management of GM enterprise.
