China's state-owned enterprises increased year by year in consumption amount,only a year in which the number of on-the-job consumption hospitality is a shocking.For enterprise managers to provide on-the-job consumption is to improve the efficiency of managers,but in recent years,consumption as a non standardized recessive salary increase sharply.This is not only the abuse of corporate resources,make the state-owned resources not optimal allocation,but also may make compensation have no incentive effect,but as the agency cost,provide a "shortcut" for the managers of state-owned enterprises corruption.This attracted national attention,and in 2012,2013 and 2014 issued a notice on the three management of the state-owned enterprise supervision and restraint of the job consumption for three consecutive years,to strengthen the supervision of managers of state-owned enterprises on the consumption.The purpose of this study is the management right of inhibition through empirical research In order to restrict the expansion of consumption and improve the performance of state-owned enterprises,the author puts forward some opinions on the impact of the on-job consumptionThis paper mainly studies the background of the new regulation under the perks of managers of state-owned enterprises to strengthen the management of power,influence on job consumption is suppressed,thus can improve the incentive effect of on-the-job consumption.This paper from 2009 to 2015 two city Shenzhen A shares of state-owned listed companies as sample,influence of managerial power on consumption the effect of consumption on corporate performance,and the influence of managerial power on the job consumption and business performance,and draw the following conclusions: the strengthening of the managers in the state-owned enterprise supervision and restraint,management power to the positive impact of on-the-job consumption,improve the incentive effect on the consumption.In order to make the on-the-job consumption to a certain extent,is conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance.Thus it is believed that in China take the consumption problem of managers of state-owned enterprises are effective measures.Based on the research conclusion put forward the following suggestions: first of all,should improve the disclosure quality of on-the-job consumption,and formulate and strictly implement on-the-job consumption budget system;secondly,we should cancel the annual salary system,at the appropriate time according to the different needs of managers,take a raise or promotion award different incentives,to meet their own needs and again,do not recommend utility;incentives to use equity;finally,we should strengthen legal punishment and breadth.In addition,this paper also has some limitations,such as the existence of errors in data processing,measurement of in-service consumption is not accurate,the influence factors of managerial power induction are inadequate.
