Research On The Guarantee System And Policy Of Promoting The Development Of China's Business Airplane

In recent years,due to economic growth,some companies began to buy their own business jets,in order to establish a good image of enterprises and increase economic benefits.However,in China,the construction of the general airport is insufficient,the construction of the flight service station is slow,and the development of the FBO and the MRO is lagging behind,professional pilots,maintenance personnel are still in short supply,the development of the business jet guarantee capabilities needed to upgrade.At present,there is no evaluation index system for the development guarantee ability of business jet,so it has practical significance to establish a scientific and comprehensive index system.This article focuses on the development of China's business jet guarantee problem;the structural equation model is used to study the development of China's business jet guarantee system.Combined with the current research on the general aviation guarantee system and the requirements of the business environment to find out the influence factors of the development ability of business jet,the evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects of the infrastructure,basic services and personnel security.Then construct the initial evaluation model for the development of business jet,and put forward the hypothesis.The structural equation model is used to verify and modify it.The final results of infrastructure,basic services and security personnel three factors have a positive impact on development of business jet guarantee ability,and the infrastructure has the greatest impact,and the basic service has the least impact.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to speed up the development of the guarantee ability of business jet,in order to promote the development of China's business jet market.
