Research On Development Strategy Of Assets Management Of Guangdong Huaxin Bank

Affected by the interest rate market,financial disintermediation,the tide of science and technology,deposit narrowed,profits fell,and the traditional business model is difficult to maintain,which makes Chinese stock banks have to seek the development of transformation,to seek the advantages of differences,and explore new business model or profit model.Besides,Chinese banking has just completed a new round of restructuring changes,which produce a large number of small and medium-sized city commercial banks,rural commercial banks and private banks.Most of them lack of operational experience,customer base,and the homogenization of competition for survival and development has brought great challenges.Assets management own the unique characteristics of few capital,intermediate business income and low threshold,which is precisely fit the needs of these two areas.Therefore,the industry wide attention in the past five years,and the scale of the asset management business of commercial banks in China have an explosive growth.This paper takes Guangdong Huaxing bank as the research object,using the related theories of strategic management and financial market in-depth research on Guangdong Huaxing bank asset management business.According to the analysis of Guangdong Huaxing bank asset management business development,this paper aims to find the problems of development mode,operation,fundraising and organizational structure.In addition,this paper would use the PEST method in Guangdong Huaxing bank asset management business development environment analysis,which is the base of Guangdong Huaxing bank's development strategy.Comparing development mode,operation,fundraising and organizational structure,the development strategy and implementation of Guangdong Huaxing bank asset management business would be reconstructed according to industry trends,regional advantages and its own resources.Besides,through adjusting the strategy of Guangdong Huaxing Bank,this paper would produce feasible solutions for its development,which look forward to provide experience for the asset management business of small and medium sized commercial banks in domestic.
