With the financial liberalization and international financial development, China's commercial banks accelerate the pace of financial innovation. Therefore, the personal financial business of commercial banks that can provide consumers with financial integration and personalized financial services has gradually become the focus of business development and an inevitable trend. However, during the individual business development process, China's commercial banks has exposed the many problems, such as in product design, marketing, customer service, personnel quality, risk control, with similar foreign business exist a big gap. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the personal financial business of China's Commercial Banks from a strategic point of view.There are five chapters in this thesis:Chapter1 gives a general description of the background of this issue in international academic field and the measures used in this thesis. At the end of chapter 1, the creative points will be emphasized.Chapter2 is to prepare for the rest parts of the thesis, in this chapter, many important identifications will be give, in order to make rest of the thesis clear across.Chapter3 describes the contemporary of individual assets management in commercial bank of western developed countries and Chinese HONG Kong's.Chapter4 gives us a clear condition which Chinese commercial bank is in, compared with the western developed countries commercial bank, Chinese have a lot of disadvantages in competition. We also point out what the disadvantages are and where they came from.In chapter5, we give our suggestions how Chinese commercial bank should do to improve them. We hope the suggestions would be useful for them in the competition.
