Although many enterprises have carried out the performance appraisal of R & D personnel,but because of the lack of scientific assessment program,it lets R&D engineers feel the loss of fairness and justice,resulting in a large number of core R & D engineers turnover,and let the loss of the company's core technology.R & D personnel are knowledge workers,knowledge workers is a big difference than other workers,knowledge workers are free to acquire knowledge,they use what they have learned to help enterprise value-added products and services,but also in practice continue to accumulate more knowledge,these knowledge in each brain of R & D engineers and become the intellectual capital of enterprises.Therefore,how to build a performance evaluation program to promote R & D personnel to actively and effectively complete the wisdom of the activities of a company with R & D team is essential.In this paper,as the research object of R & D personnel in Suzhou Jiemei company,based on human resources management,performance evaluation and incentive and other related theories and methods based on the job analysis of R & D personnel in Suzhou Jiemei company,using the key performance index,survey research,staff interviews and other research tools,sort out the current existing current management problems and reasons.According to the data obtained from the survey and the analysis of the results of the interviews,the performance objectives,performance indicators and assessment methods were formulated,and the results were applied to the management of compensation.The study of this subject,to regulate the current Suzhou Jiemei R & D management system,which makes the assessment of transparency,fairness and justice,to inspire them to make outstanding contributions for the development of the enterprise,to enhance the core competitiveness of the R & D or the core competitiveness on the enterprise has important significance.At the same time,the research and development of similar mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises on R & D personnel management also has a reference.
