Study On The Innovation Project Of Lanzhou Tengda Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co.Ltd.

This paper takes Lanzhou Tengda Petroleum Equipment Co.Ltd.as the research object,introduces the development status and trend of petroleum equipment,especially oil drilling equipment industry,elaborates the relevant innovation theory,analyses and sorts out the difficulties and problems of the enterprises,such as the backward social service system;the singleness of the development mode;over-dependent on the manufacturers' orders;the shrinking of the market,which is unable to meet the demand of survival and development;the unadaptable management and organization mode for economic development;the lack of necessary policy support and other practical problems.In view of the above,through rigorous theoretical analysis,considering the current policy guidance,using the typical case and experience of whole industry for reference,in combination with the present situation of Tengda,this paper provides a program for innovation.The program includes five aspects,service,process,business modes,products and technology.The paper also puts forward the guarantees scheme from grasping policy guidance,strengthening exchanges and cooperation,broadening financial channels.This study is a specific application of the theory of innovation,and is significant for Tengda to solve the current problems of survival and development,also is a reference for enterprises with same scale to transform,with hoping for contribution to improving innovation theory.
