With the development of the mobile Internet,smart phone has been popular among people.Meanwhile the quick update of mobile phones also promotes the rapid development of mobile phone accessories.More and more people start to purchase mobile accessories on the Internet,so more and more mobile accessories companies turn to e-commerce.In the age of big data,e-commerce companies develop rapidly relying on the application of big data.The competition between ecommerce companies changes gradually from the low-price competition to that of big data.As a number of mobile accessories brands focus on e-commerce,online consumers pay more attention to the brands of mobile accessories.Mobile accessories companies began to face new challenges on their brand strategies and problems like how to build a brand and how to get customer loyalty are the key points the companies must deal with.The thesis chooses Shenzhen Sirius Science and Technology Ltd.as the research subject.Firstly,collect related documents and data about mobile accessories market and the industry and organize information about popular accessories and brands to make a conclusion and classification.Make a detailed introduction on the development status of mobile accessory industry and analyzes industry status based on Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,which lays foundation for brand building of the company.Secondly,make detailed SWOT analysis on the present operation and the brand status of the company to find out advantages and disadvantages,as well as opportunities and threats from the external environment.Conclude the brand development strategies after information integration.Afterwards,aiming at the brand status of Sirius,give full play to build brand about mobile accessories of the company based on big data and brand building theory.Put forward specific implementation strategies of mobile accessory brand in process of positioning,design,publicity and maintenance to construct brand building strategy system of Sirius and determine various measures applied in brand building.Next,design Sirius brand building schemes based on the brand building strategy system and locate new target markets in methods of big data,questionnaire and interview.Distinguish and select market segments of mobile accessory industry and design schemes of selfowned brand positioning,design,publicity and maintenance.At last,according to the brand building strategy,the thesis gives an assessment management method of the self-owned brands building,predicts the implementation effect and develops a performance management and statement system to maintain the brand and enhance the brand value.
