Technology innovation is everywhere for the IT service companies nowadays.The industrial completion is fierce,but what can these companies do with their service operation management to help them win? This thesis will go deep into this through a case study of Shenzhen YLink Computer System Co.,Ltd(called YLink below).YLink is one of the Financial Technology companies in China.It's main business is developing and designing customized financial operation systems.With the growth of the industrial technology,the financial companies are facing a lot of challenges: changeable business model,company size expansion,market competition,lack of standardized operation service system and loss of talents etc.It results in the demand of customized operation service and optimization.Having the foundation of relevant operation theories,this thesis focuses on the company service operation systems and analyzes the present industrial conditions and issues in 5 aspects: service operation product development and project management,profit allocation,quality management,and coordination mechanism.Firstly,it briefly introduces the domestic IT company service operation features.Secondly,it analyze the root cause of current conditions and issues.Lastly,it will provide optimization proposals and solutions.Further to that,it will also present the protective solutions to the company service operation optimization in strategy level.Through continuous improvement in organization behaviors,it will give specific protective solution in all parts: forming company culture and reasonable profit allocation,establishing company quality culture,strengthening human resource structure construction and perfecting comprehensive service management.
