The Research Of Corporate Culture Construction Of Bank Of Gansu

As a special corporate culture,the commercial bank culture construction is considered to be an effective and shared cultural image,which consisted of values,beliefs,rituals,symbols,etc.This conception is approved by all members of the bank and internal and external stakeholders.Commercial bank culture is an intangible force and capital to improve the competitiveness of commercial bank.On one hand,it can help to strengthen the internal cohesion,and promote the enterprise image in the largest extent.On the other hand,it can improve the management mechanism construction of commercial bank.Therefore,it's significant and crucial to construct corporate culture system of commercial banks.Bank of Gansu is the only provincial commercial banks managed by Gansu province government directly.Currently,the operating system of Bank of Gansu is relatively developed.It gradually formed the commercial spirit of "dare to think,dare to do,dare to win" and management concept of "seven consciousness".However,compared with advanced banks,the corporate culture construction of Bank of Gansu still has some deficiencies in the core idea of system construction,staff sense of belonging,innovation consciousness and ability,etc.Hence,corporate culture construction should be an important consideration for Bank of Gansu.This paper first did an overview basic research in the field of corporate culture through the literature research.Mainly studied from the connotation,theoretical basis,formation and development and other aspects.Then this paper researched the corporate culture characteristics of commercial banks.Considering of the special reality,the paper expounded the particularity of commercial bank culture construction of our country.Based on the literature research,this paper designed questionnaire and interview outline to do status survey about the corporate culture construction of Bank of Gansu.Through analyzing survey and interview data,this paper researched the current corporate culture construction of Bank of Gansu from four aspects--material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual culture.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper worked out the cultural construction project of Bank of Gansu,and came to the conclusion.Finally,this paper put forward implement approach of how to construct the corporate culture of Bank of Gansu.Corporate culture construction can be an effective way to promote enterprise growth and reach a healthy and sustainable development.
