The aviation industry is one of the important strategic emerging industries to measure the comprehensive national strength.The innovation level of the aviation industry can affect the technological innovation level of the industrial system.The aviation industry has a very complicated industrial structure and wide range of industrial extension.Therefore,it is suitable to adopt the modular theory to classify the aviation industry chain structure.In the era of knowledge economy,the aviation industry structure to achieve transformation and upgrading,can not only rely on technological innovation to drive the aviation industry system innovation and development,but also innovative industrial organization and management model,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the modular innovation of the aviation industry to promote the upgrading of China’s aviation industry into the global aviation value chain.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is about analysis of the development of aviation industry status and problems.Firstly,it reviews the development history of aviation industry and the current situation of aviation industry from three aspects: the aviation industry in the world,China Aviation Industry and Jiangxi aviation industry.And then learn from foreign experience in the development of the aviation industry,in-depth analysis of China aviation industry in existence and development of the aviation industry area,provides a practical basis for the study of aviation industry modular collaborative innovation.The second part is to study the aviation industry modular collaborative innovation model operating mechanism.Based on the theory of modularization and collaborative innovation to research on the industry’s modular innovation under the conditions of collaboration.First with the theoretical basis to differentiate the innovation of the aviation industry from the point of view of organization management module,The modular innovation system of aviation industry is divided into technical module,product module,service module and organization module.And Then,around these four modules,the evolution model of modular collaborative innovation process of aviation industry and the collaborative innovation operation process model between modules are constructed,and the collaborative innovationoperation relationship of aviation industry is illustrated.Finally,the synergy model is constructed to prove the degree of collaborative innovation of the aviation industry.The third is the empirical analysis of the synergy degree model of collaborative innovation of aviation industry.Based on the above,to build the industry’s modular collaborative innovation model,through the industry’s related websites and statistical yearbook,collect the innovation of the four modules data,using SPSS、Matlab tool software computing industry innovation synergy degree of four modules.It is concluded that the coordination degree of modularization and innovation of aviation industry is not high,and the synergy between the two modules of technical module and product module is the key to the overall coordination.Finally,the synergetic model is constructed to prove the degree of collaborative innovation of the aviation industry.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis and the characteristics of the aviation industry,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of China’s development of aviation industry collaborative innovation.
