E Trading Company Flax Industry Business Model Innovation Research

Business model has become the focus of attention and discussion in the academic and business circles.In the era of globalization,the acceleration of technological change and the more uncertainty of the business environment,It is increasingly recognized that the most important factor in determining the success or failure of an enterprise is not the technology,but its business model.The famous management guru Drucker tell us: "current business competition is not the competition between products,but the competition between business models." Research and practice also shows that,whether or traditional industries and emerging industries,different business model determines the enterprise different outcome.If the strategy decides the enterprise positioning and delivering value to customers,the business model is to decide how to achieve enterprise positioning,transfer expected value.Firstly,based on the results of previous studies introduce the business model basic concept,business model factors,Theory of business model innovation dynamic mechanism and business model innovation ways.At the same time to extract personal understanding and definition of the concept.Afterwards,this paper begins with the introduction of the current status of the flax industry at home and abroad of detailed analysis of the E trading combined with the characteristics of its trading and flax dual factors,success stories in the flax industry business model innovation.Combined with the current domestic other well-known outstanding flax enterprises of different business model comparison and analysis,pointed out that many Chinese flax enterprise business model innovation is imminent,we should reference E trading and well-known flax enterprises of different business models,combined with the characteristics of enterprise self,out of a have the characteristics of self-innovation road,to let China become a veritable flax for big and strong.This study is based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the E company business model analysis of flax.at the same time,the study provide some analysis about the key factors about the Business Model Innovation in flax industry.in On the basis oftheoretical research,the empirical analysis method is used.This paper in the course of the study,try to make the specification analysis to establish the empirical analysis basis,having substance in speech,evidence,reduce rely entirely on the one sidedness of the subjective judgment to the essence and rule of the fully and truly reflect the phenomenon,so that the research results really have relatively strong theoretical and practical significance...
