| Weiqi as a town of shandan,with the largest circulation in agricultural production as the main economic source,its development determines the shandan county economic development trend,at the same time as a case Town of gansu province new rural construction,its modernization process of gansu province new rural construction has a positive role in promoting.Land circulation is a source of the town economy the main means,but with the increase of the land circulation area,many problems appear constantly,not only hinder the town land circulation also limits the further the modernization construction of the town.Therefore,to solve problems in a town land circulation process is imminent.In this paper through literature analysis,household surveys and interviews and other research methods,analyzed the town land circulation situation,existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve,the main results were as follows:(1)Present situation of land circulation: by the end of 2015,the town land circulation area of67000 mu,stand 53.2% of arable land;Transfer including instead of farming,subcontract,lease;Main crops such as potatoes,beer barley,medicinal herbs,and onion;Town in 2014 the per capita net income of 9279 yuan,a 14.01% increase in 2013.(2)Main problems of land circulation,land circulation operators to the financing difficulty,procedures of land circulation,land circulation intermediary organizations is not sound,"left" and "for" the contradiction,the land in accordance with the law consciousness is not high,hard scale land circulation,land circulation the lack of long-term planning,rural land security system is not perfect.(3)the countermeasures and Suggestions: to establish a new rural financial support system,regulate the circulation of contract to grasp,the establishment of good land circulation market and land management service mechanism,quicken the transfer of rural surplus labor,and strengthen the propaganda and guidance. |
