Research On Pork Supply Chain Governance From The Perspective Of Quality

China is the largest producer and consumer of pork in the world. Pork quality and safety not only directly relate to the health of consumers and social stability, but also affect the international competitiveness of China's pork industry. However, for a long time, China's pork safety accidents occur frequently. The important cause of these accidents is that pork supply chain lacks a favorable governance mechanism under quality information asymmetry.It causes that opportunistic behaviors take place and quality and interest goals can not be coordinated. Finally it leads to the instability of pork quality. Therefore, it is of practical significance to construct a comprehensive and perfect quality governance system from the perspective of the whole pig supply chain.On the basis of summarizing the organization structure and operation mode of pork supply chain in China, this paper depicted the evolution path of organization structure of pork supply chain. Using the media data, this paper analyzed the quality status and problems of pork supply chain. Based on the theory of governance in supply chain, this paper pointed out that the selection of governance structure and the design of governance mechanism are the key points in the quality governance of pork supply chain. The governance structure of pork supply chain was analyzed from two aspects: the main body of governance and the level of integration, and the influencing factors of integration in pork supply chain were explored by Structural Equation Model.In this paper, the integrated quality governance system with multiple governance subjects of the pork supply chain was designed from the internal and external aspects of the supply chain. Within the supply chain, this paper designed three quality incentive contracts:internal punshment contract, external loss sharing contract and the internal and external loss sharing contract. Simultaneously reputation and relationship were used as uxiliary means of governance. The models of three quality incentive contracts were established and then this paper did sensitivity analysis and put forward selection strategy of quality incentive contracts in pork supply chain. Outside the supply chain, government governance was used as the main means. So this paper emphatically analyzed the problems and suggestions of government governance, and also analyzed the feasibility of pork traceability system regulated by the government. At the same time, pork industry associations would participate in quality governance and the public voice also played an important role, which were the weak spots in our country.
