Research On Collaborative Innovation Incentive Based On Cluster Center

Innovation is based on the existing knowledge,skills and resources in a particular environment to achieve value-added technology improvement,knowledge or resources for the purpose of recycling,technical improvements and create new elements,such as knowledge,skills methods,path and environment,and gain overall efficiency or social influence enhance.In the process of innovation,due to the asymmetry about innovation elements,information and competition increasingly fierce,products life cycle increasingly shortened,innovation node often dose not have all needed innovation resources to make up itself innovation insufficient and defects,gets innovation knowledge and resources,guarantee its in market competition medium and long-term development,innovation node usually will select node collaboration cooperation way of cluster behavior to achieved its eventually purpose.Innovation is a process involving many factors of multi-agent collaborative network function.During the process of collaboration innovation,it requires interest nodes,under their own demand,to make maximum efforts to cluster overall performance,so as to enhance the cluster center.However,because of its innovation capacity limit or other specific reasons,the cluster innovation node often will be appeared the interests related nodes in collaboration process in the unwilling to pay itself maximum efforts,to effect cluster overall center degrees of upgrade progress and effects.So,implementing node interests conflict management becomes core in cluster.The constraints mechanism between cluster nodes is the base of nodes interests conflict and risk balance.Under the node interests conflict and constraints management,cluster can achieves collaborative innovation stable.In addition,the constraints system is optimization of synergies necessary for cluster nodes.Only analytic innovation node binding mechanism,dose it build joint innovation and optimize the process of innovation,which can upgrade the cluster center and provide a platform for innovation and protection for node innovation needs.This research based on node degrees limitations,analysis the advantage of cluster center,builds relationship model of center,knowledge node interests relationship conflict and collaborative innovation,analysis the interactive relationship between innovation returns and cluster center.Above it,it has established mathematical model about innovation incentives defining,describes the process of collaboration innovation of cluster nodes,explores the cluster center upgrading process and mechanism.On this basis,cluster node innovation incentives have been bound,according to the observability of level of collaborative innovation efforts,exploring the optimal collaborative innovation incentive.And authenticate the relation model of a central,collaborative innovation and innovation incentive by numerical analysis.It has reached that excitation condition is designed based on the efforts of node in the process of the cluster center upgrading,and cluster nodes will choose to maximize their efforts to promote the centrality of the cluster as a whole.The study,based on the center together with collaborative innovation,has presented the countermeasures and suggestions about the nodes synergy optimization and promoting regional innovation level.Providing some sense of decision for node interests needs and conditions determining.
