| With the developing of supply chain and the increasingly competition of market,in order to achieve rapid development,supply-chain enterprises must be have advantages in marketing channels,product cost,product quality and so on.From the supply chain management theory,we can know that the effective use of information,sharing information can greatly reduce the bullwhip effect.Therefore,it is important to grasp the information of market demand accurately.In addition,if the information flow can coordinate with the logistics effectively,the business performance will be improved.Therefore,we need to study how to share information,especially how partial information sharing affects cost,this is a key problem that needs to be solved urgently and of theoretical and practical significance.But full information sharing is difficult to achieve,because cost is high and company don’t want to disclose private information.It needs to systematically share information,so that the node enterprises can obtain useful information when they really need it,so it is necessary to study partial information sharing.In this paper,we researched how different levels of information sharing affect the ordering strategy and inventory cost of supply chain members when the retailer faces to AR(1)model.First,the model of information sharing value was constructed.Then the supply chain cost under full information sharing was compared with the one under no information sharing.At the same time,the safety stock was bringed into the model for the same analysis,we compared the cost under consideration and regardless of security inventory,to make sure that the former in full information sharing can bring more benefits to the supply chain.And analyzing how the parameters affect on cost,verifying the model is rational.In addition,we focused to introduce the model of partial information sharing under order-up-to strategy,analyzed the ordering strategy and cost of retailer and manufacturer.We also used numerical example to research how the parameters affect cost.On this basis,the incentive mechanism of price charging was put forward,so as to promote the information sharing among supply chain members.Through establishing model and analyzing case,we compared the cost under these conditions: different levels of information sharing,consideration and regardless of safety stock.Conclusion as follow:(1)The cost decline more when considering the safety stock,so supply chain node enterprises need to set the safety stock to buffer the negative impact from uncertain factors;(2)Partial information sharing can reduce the cost and improve the agility of supply chain;(3)Manufacturer owning private information can charge for retailer,this action will encourage manufacturer public some private information.At the same time,the numerical examples were used to validate the relevant conclusions to ensure the accuracy of the model and the applicability of the conclusions. |
