Knowledge economy is coming after the agricultural and industrial economy.And the high value of human capital operation is one of the major characteristics of knowledge economy. At the same time, the high-tech industry and intelligence industry major straight column is the knowledge economy era. Under the condition of have such favorable conditions, the high-tech enterprises are booming.The N company which I'm working for was caught up with the wave of knowledge era. The N company in the high-speed development and under no rich management experience and with listed companies also gets some problems, such as: the scale, increase in the number of departments to set up, gradually appeared employee performance behavior and corporate goals and objectives of behavior appear deviation, uneven distribution of power and responsibility, project implementation, personnel management imbalances is out of step, input and output,sales cycle and so on. Meanwhile the prospect of high-tech era has attracted more and more of the same industry competitors, industry enterprise competition with each other, now more centered in the field of human resource development and management ability to compete, which enterprise can attract and retain more,training and use of talents, it can occupy the initiative and the core competitiveness of the market. So under the condition of limited human resources,policy makers choose at a higher salary and better welfare superior conditions to attract talents, ignoring the effective performance management. Thus, there appeared the brain drain, salary and hangs, etc.Therefore, this article mainly aims at N company is current the current situation of performance management effect is not ideal, a preliminary study of company performance management and appraisal system. Made on the basis of detailed analysis of the performance management problems, put forward a set of KPI as the core of performance management system. Make managers and by managers can interact effectively, while ensuring implement company's strategic goal and the realization of the department goals with employees, under the basis of the table are consistent, more can promote the development of talent, and to ensure that the enterprise strategic target N company and the employee's goals.
