The Effect Of Diversification Strategy Implement Mode On Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Performance

Since the diversification strategies founding,It have received many focuses from theorists and practitioners.Many scholars actively explore the topic from several perspectives,and one of the important topic is the relationship between diversification strategies and the enterprise performance.Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of China's economic growth,to achieve the healthy and stable development of small and medium enterprises in China's economic development has an important strategic significance.In a certain extent,more and more of the small and medium-sized enterprise have adopted the diversification strategy,and studying the small and medium-sized enterprises of different diversification strategies implementation pattern of performance,and how to choose the diversification strategy implementation mode of the small and medium-sized enterprise,has a crucial practical significance.Firstly,through the literature review,analysis the current situation of related research at home and abroad,then defines the implementation of diversification strategy,and enterprise performance related concepts and gives the theoretical basis of this study relates to the research status of predecessors,implementation mode and enterprise performance of different diversification strategy was analyzed.On the basis of analysis,proposed the corresponding hypothesis;Secondly,Choose 2012-2014 years of small and medium-sized plate listing Corporation as research sample,select the appropriate indicators to construct the performance evaluation model from four aspects of profitability,operation ability and growth ability of the enterprise and the solvency,and finally through the use of descriptive statistics,factor analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis etc.statistical methods,test three kinds of impact on the performance of diversification strategy mode.The empirical study results show that the small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of diversification strategy,most like select the internal development mode,followed by external M&A mode,mixed mode is the last;In enterprise performance,external M&A mode can bring the best performance to small and medium-sized enterprises,mix model secondly,internal development model to small and medium-sized enterprises to bring the worst of performance.In order to make the healthy and stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises,Generally,in the process of diversification strategy operation,the paper suggests small and medium-sized enterprises should adhere to the external M&A mode as the main way of implementation,then appropriate to take the mixed mode and the internal development model.Small and medium size enterprise should according to the changes in the external market environment and internal resources to proper implementation models of enterprise diversification strategy adjustment.
