The Research Of Influence Of Core Enterprise Leadership To The Supply Chain Relationship: Adjusted By Power

The advent of the era of sharing economy and big data,leading to quicken the speed and increase the frequency of information update,rising customer participation in the process of product design,customer expectations towards personalization,the response time of the customer needs greatly shortened,the cycle of product innovation needs to cut short,worsening the race between enterprises.With the change of Market environment,the enterprise must carry out collaborative development model,and supply chain management mode is to establish a new type of organization for the purpose of coordinated development.Core enterprise is the nucleus of supply chain network,play an important leadership role in supply chain management,with the increasingly in-depth application of supply chain mode making more and more problems emerged at the management of core enterprise,the study of the position and the function of the core enterprise in the supply chain has gained the attention of scholars.This paper starts with the function that ability core enterprise’ ability to the supply chain relationship,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of supply chain management at home and abroad,systematically combed the related research of power,core enterprise leadership,supply chain relationship.This paper defines the concept of variable,and build the relation model between the core enterprise leadership,supply chain,power,on this basis discusses the power’s adjustment,and puts forward the hypothesis of this article.Through questionnaire to collect data,uses SPSS software to test the reliability and validity,gets on correlation,regression and regulation analysis,completes hypothesis testing.The final research results show that the influence,coordination,leading ability of the core enterprise in the supply chain has positive influence on both trust relationship and cooperation relationship between enterprises;the power of the core enterprise will weaken in positive influence of the core enterprise leadership to trust;the power of the core enterprise will weaken in positive influence of the core enterprise leadership to cooperation.This paper reveals the role of core business leadership in supply chain relationships,introduces the new perspective of leadership in the study of supply chain relationships,and provides the theoretical guidance for how the core enterprises can play their role in order to promote the coordinated and orderly operation of the supply chain.
