In recent years ,the cross-border e-commerce develops rapidly all over the world. And it is the disruptive innovation for the traditional international trade system under the integration of the global economy. Governments are paying great importance to the cross-border e-commerce. It is adapt to the current developing trend of the international trade. The Chinese government introduce successively new policies, increasing pilot cities of cross-border e-commerce to develop the political environment actively. The government strive to develop the cross-border e-commerce. It is aimed at supporting the transformation and upgrading with the aid of new science and technology for the relative traditional enterprise. Under this circumstance the adjusted business strategy inject a flow of fresh vitality into the enterprise so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness in the tide of cross-border e-commerce.Practice has proved that the logistics is the requirement for the cross-border e-commerce business. In high-efficiency digital era, the advantage of air transportation which is rapid, safe and strong flexibility ensure the timeliness for the consumer of the cross-border e-commerce.Its development bring enormous business opportunities for the development of air transportation. But it lacks many hardware and software for the traditional air-transportation enterprise in the process which transform to the cross border e-commerce transportation. Such as the lack of the professional talents, oversea warehouse ,the platform for the integrated service, international network system and the support of the government, etc. The integral development of cross-border e-commerce has a lot to do with the service level of its logistics.Traditional air-transport enterprises need integrate effective resources to reform and innovation on the basis of the demand of the market development, and promote the air-transportation of cross-border e-commerce by using the intelligent information. It is for the purpose of promoting the customer experience and providing the best service to the customer, at the same time, creating good atmosphere for the air-transportation industry.This paper takes the LY Company as the research object. Firstly it summarizes the development of air cargo and cross-border e-commerce. Then it analyzes the relevant internal and external conditions about air-transportation development of LY company by using PEST methods and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model. The combined forecast method including three-exponential smoothing method and GM (1,1) grey prediction model is formed to analyze the demand associating with the international air cargo quantity of LY company's development for cross-border e-commerce, so as to predict the cross-border business volume ,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of LY company cross-border air transportation development. Finally, using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the development orientation of LY company and its strengths ,weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in order to find out the business strategy that combines traditional air-business ,as well as related supporting construction for the cross-border business to promote sustainable development of LY company. It should be tried to the distribution center which establishes the basis on the province, and face the country, spread around the world of cross-border e-commerce business.
