Research On The Entrepreneurship To Multi-dimensional Reduction Of Poverty In The Western Hunan Region

The problems of poverty have long been an unavoidable issue in the path of economic development and social progress.Aiming at the problem of poverty,the academic community has paid high attention to the research on poverty reduction theory and antipoverty measures,and has done a lot of research.West Hunan area is located in the wuling mountain shall destitute areas hinterland,theregion in the traditional sense of the poverty alleviation work by single subject as the leading factor,to fiscal transfer payment and external factor injection as the main development path,the model in the process of long-term poverty alleviation will undoubtedly has made great achievement.But as the economic development pattern and trend of changing,especially since the beginning of this "new normal",complexity and difficulty of poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation work began to face covered,promote,maintain,develop,and many other problems,the traditional path into bottleneck for poverty alleviation.Paper with "accurate" for poverty alleviation policy aims,focusing on the breakthrough traditional model of performance evaluation for poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation work path,the BOP entrepreneurship theory,ability poverty theory and relevant theory,based on the discuss entrepreneurship to regional GDP and the contribution of multidi-mensional poverty reduction effect.Build the business level as the explained variable,with GDP,fixed assets investment and spending as control variables,is based on multidi-mensional poverty index explained variable multiple regression model,using Big Xiangxi region in 2001-2015 statistical data to carry on the empirical analysis,the results showed that: 1.the entrepreneurship level to a significant contribution to the development of regional economic development;2.The level of entrepreneurship contributes significantly to multidimensional poverty reduction.On this basis,the further comparison of the western Hunan area in Hunan province and the national level of entrepreneurship in 2015,the differences between the multi-dimensional poverty reduction effect,then found Big Xiangxi region lags behind in Hunan province is in the progress of multidimensional poverty reduction and the national level,the main reason is the entrepreneurship level is far below the provincial and national level;3.Entrepreneurship level and region gross domestic product and multidimensional poverty,and intermediary effect between GDP as a intervening variable,startup level rise to drive regional GDP growth,GDP growth to promote the poverty reduction effect.Therefore,the paper puts forward the corresponding promote entrepreneurship especially Big Xiangxi region is poor entrepreneurship level of countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to accelerate the processof west Hunan area precision poverty alleviation.
