With the presentation and development of low-carbon economy, the realization of energy-saving and emission reduction, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions has become a global consensus.The rapid development of China’s economy has led to the continuous growth of energy consumption, at the same time; the excessive consumption of energy has led to a series of problems such as resource constraints,environmental pollution, and ecological destruction and so on.The energy structure of our country especially the energy supply structure is dominated by coal, which is one of the most important factors of carbon dioxide emissions.With the development of China’s economy enter a new normal and the presentation of "energy revolution" and "supply side reforms",the energy supply structure dominated by coal will face reform,and it is imminent to establish a new system of energy which is low-carbon, safe and efficient.In this paper, the LMDI decomposition method is used to analyze the influencing factors of China’s carbon emission, it is pointed out that the energy supply structure dominated by coal plays a positive role in carbon emissions, and the irrational energy structure leads to the increase of carbon dioxide emissions,energy structure especially the energy supply structure has great potential for carbon-emissions reduction,therefore, the energy structure factor is selected as the research object.This paper studies the relationship between energy carbon emissions and economic growth by decoupling theory,it is concluded that energy consumption is an important reason for the growth of China’s carbon emissions.At the same time, this paper analyzes the present situation of energy supply structure of our country, on the basis of above,in view of low-carbon constraints,this paper makes a study on the optimization of China’s energy supply structure by using the method of multi-objective programming and draw the following conclusions:We should gradually reduce the proportion of coal and oil in the energy supply structure, steadily increase the proportion of natural gas and electricity supply, strengthen regional energy supply cooperation, and achieve coordinated regional development. This is of great theoretical significance for the development of low-carbon economy and the optimization of energy supply structure.
