In the context of the new economic situation and the speed of financial reform, job insecurity has also become an important indicator to measure the stability of enterprises. How to improve job performance has become a big topic of management. It can be easily found that the employees who feel less job security may also show less energy or organizational commitment, and then it will make bad influence on the attitude and efficiency of work.So what's the relationship between job insecurity and job performance,and how does it make effect? The research is about how does job insecurity make effect on job performance through organizational commitment.Based on the review of related literature and Research on the theory, this paper put job insecurity into amount insecurity and quality insecurity, and put organizational commitment into rational commitment and perceptual commitment, and put forward a hypothesis of job insecurity effects on different dimensions of employee work full, causal relationship model of insecurity of job amount, insecurity of job quality , rational commitment, affective commitment and job performance between. CITIC Bank XX branch as an example to design the questionnaire to collect first-hand information, descriptive statistics analysis and path model discussed effect, establish relationships between variables. Get the expected results:(1) the impact of job insecurity on rational commitment ;(2) the effect of job insecurity on the perceptual commitment ;(3) rational commitment has a positive impact on job performance.(4) Emotional commitment plays an intermediary role in the impact of job insecurity on job performance.Finally, this paper summarizes the research conclusion, and support the relevant conclusions to the study conclusion and discussion about CITIC Bank XX branch based on the banking industry to improve employee's work performance and management practice and puts forward some improvement suggestions, and pointed out the lack of research and prospects for future research.
