The Transformation Of Commercial Banks Under Internet Financial-

As a typical representative of Internet Finance, P2P lending, to some extent, subverts the commercial bank's traditional credit management model business concepts and the choice of customer groups. In order to stabilize the development of this area, the relevant departments make some policies. However, because of newborn thing, there is something wrong with the policy making, implementation of policies and policy effects. For the effectiveness of policies, it is necessary to analyze the relevant policies.Based on the analysis of Quaid's Policy analysis theory, this paper discusses the formation, explanation and implementation of relevant policies of P2P by analyzing the present situation of P2P industry in China. Furthermore, it summarizes the problems and policy dilemmas that the commercial banks are involved in P2P industry by means of questionnaires. Finally, the paper analyzes the relevant policies of commercial bank in the context of Internet finance, by taking the MS Bank and the actual situation of P2P industry for example.Through the analysis, the paper concludes that the problems of commercial bank's involvement in P2P industry are mainly the policy content itself, the process of policy implementation and the internal and external reasons of commercial banks. In terms of the above reasons,combing with the characteristrcs of commercial banks, this paper explores the corresponding measures from the external policies of commercial banks and the internal policies of commercial banks, and tries to put forward the policy suggestions of commercial banks and P2P industry cooperation from the external factors and internal factors of commercial banks.
