Research On Agricultural Bank's Network Development Strategy Under The Background Of Internet Finance

The rapid development of various types of Internet financial products and Internet financial services has sprung up in large data,cloud computing,social networks and mobile payment,such as Internet finance,P2 P,and third party payments.This has not only caused changes in the financial market pattern.At the same time,on the other hand,it has also led to the overall transformation of the financial system.Because the Internet finance has already penetrated into the credit financing and the payment and settlement business,the commercial bank's management superiority,the basic function,the management pattern and so on have all suffered the huge impact and is facing the major challenge.The current Internet financial business has covered a variety of business types,such as deposit and withdrawal,financing agent,micro-credit and payment and settlement,and has a high degree of homogeneity with the current business types of commercial banks.For example,Alipay,WeChat has been able to achieve online payment and demand deposits,network credit is booming.From top to bottom,commercial banks can only make strategic reconfiguration in the aspects of function partition,service mode,network layout and so on,so as to change in time.Only through development strategy can we win the battle.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by Agricultural Bank of China(A)branch under the background of Internet finance by using SWOT analysis method,and makes a comparative analysis of the traditional commercial bank operation mode and the operation mode of Internet financial enterprise.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and reasons of ABC A branch network by questionnaire,the paper puts forward the developmentcountermeasures of ABC A branch network,and designs the scheme of reconstructing the branch network.Through the analysis and summary,this paper holds that ABC A Branch should optimize the site selection and functional partition as soon as possible,determine the characteristics of the network,promote the intelligent,light and characteristic upgrading of the network,optimize the human resources,and reconstruct the business process.Strengthen the construction of network marketing team,enhance staff marketing service ability and network service efficiency,through the development of online and offline linkage marketing,build a new service model,enhance the value of business network creativity and market competitiveness;Through speeding up the research and development of Internet financial products,developing the electronic payment service and "mobile first" strategy,we excavate big data to carry out precision marketing and promote the overall development of network business.
