In recent years,our country's broadband has achieved great progress.With deeper promotion of "China Broadband" strategy,"Internet+"strategy and costumers,soaring desire for rising speed as well as reducing price,broadband development is promoted to the country's level again.In order to accelerate market revolution,promote vitality,enhance broadband enterprises' competition and drive construction of infrastructure,our country gives more room for private capital to enter broadband market.New policy environment provides good chances for private broadband operators.Private broadband enterprises often take advantages on price,but have problems on network quality,stability,security and so on,which influences the development of private broadband operators.Therefore,how to fully use policy to optimize its development strategy,expand market share and get further progress is the most urgent thing for private broadband enterprises.Based on this research background,this thesis puts forward a hypotheses and builds a conceptual model by fully consulting consumer perceived value theory and other related theories,summarizing the developing mode of private broadband enterprises,doing plenty of interview research of enterprise staff and consumers,it The model contends four angles:perceived quality,perceived influence,perceived cost and perceived risk.Through designing questionnaires,distributing.questionnaires,collecting data and analyzing data,it tests out the rationality of the model.Finally,puts forward suggestions for private broadband enterprises from the perspective of fundamental broadband operators?private broadband operators and government.The research work and conclusion of this thesis mainly contend three parts:Firstly:based on forward Literature research and practical investigation,it puts forward hypotheses and builds a conceptual model,making perceived quality?perceived influence,perceived cost and perceived risk as related variables.Furthermore,it subdivides each variable to more detail variables:Perceived quality contends product quality,service quality and function value;perceived influence contends brand influence?advertisement effects and diffusing media;perceived cost and perceived risk contends information risk?technology risk and internet property risk.Through concept model,it puts forward hypotheses of the relationship between different variables.Secondly:by collecting and analyzing data,testing model and hypotheses,this thesis defines elements as perceived quality,perceived influence,perceived cost and perceived risk,confirm original hypotheses.Thirdly:conclusion includes two parts;the first part is the summary of data analysis and relationship between different variables.Perceived quality and perceived influence have positive correlation with consumer purchase intention,and perceived quality has the biggest influence on it.Perceived cost and perceived risk have negative correlation with consumer purchase intention.The second part relies on model,current policies and development situation,putting forward suggestions from three perspective.This thesis is meaningful both in theory and reality to a certain degree for private broadband operators who are in new situation and policies.
