Product Quality Risk Management In X Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

The automobile industry is a pillar industry in our country and has a great influence on the national economy.The automotive industry is very comprehensive,it led to the development of a number of upstream and downstream industries.The complexity and sophistication of the automobile manufacturing process make it a sign of measuring the level of industrial development.China's auto industry is relatively backward,quality and brand image has not yet been generally recognized,we need to continue to strengthen.As an important means of production,Commercial vehicles have a certain impact on the national economy.Also product quality has a great impact on the safety of personal property.So it is important to strengthen the product's quality risk awareness and improve product quality.According to the product manufacturing process,the factors that affect the quality of the product are divided into five processes and seven stages.The five processes are the macro environment,product design,supplier,manufacturing and market.The seven stages are subdivided into 39 specific factors to form the risk assessment system for the target layer,the criterion layer and the factor layer.According to the literature research,the field research and the expert score,Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to compare the two factors to obtain the judgment matrix and calculate the index weight.According to the weight of the index and the set of reviews for the results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to calculate the order of the impact of the seven processes on the quality of the product:Stamping&Welding>Coating&Assembly>Product Design>Supplier>Commissioning>Macro environment>Market delivery,all factors on the impact of product quality is equal to 1.8459.This means that the impact is great.According to the idea of empirical research and comprehensive risk management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the product quality risk management of X automobile manufacturing enterprises:(1)Comprehensive innovating stamping process and welding process;(2)Transforming of painting assembly line,then establishment of intelligent manufacturing response system;(3)Establishing of vehicle research and development design big data center,using data mining technology to management research and development risks;(4)Establishing key suppliers risk management system;(5)Upgrading and improving truck assembly and commissioning standards;(6)Establishing of Macro Environment and Market Research;(7)Establishing regulations and certification department to obtain new standards and new technology certification qualification;(8)Establishing of vehicle logistics system to format of customized logistics process.
