| With the development of the domestic economy and the international situation changes,more and more enterprises need to adjust their management mode to deal with all kinds of complicated and harsh competition.The development of new products is one of the most important domestic medical equipment company's current business,if you can in a relatively short period of time to develop products to meet the needs of the market share,will greatly enhance the competitiveness of the company's products and markets.This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge based on the IPD model,and then through the domestic and foreign well-known companies to use the model in the case of new product development management analysis.On this basis,pointed out that the WD company in the new product development management on existing product line definition of overall planning is not reasonable,the product development process and the decision is not standardized,new product development,unclear division of responsibilities,technology driven,led to the development of new products with low cost and high efficiency results.In the end,this paper aims at the existing problems of WD,and uses the new product development management plan based on IPD mode,which improves the product development process,and achieves good results in practical application.The main achievements of this paper are as follows.First of all,the paper analyzes the characteristics of WD company's products,the technology content is high,the user type is relatively simple,and requires safety and accuracy.Secondly,take the market as the driving force,integrate the company's high-quality resources,set up product development team,improved the development process.Finally,the effectiveness of the X-ray new product development based on IPD model is demonstrated through the development of XR-1000.In a word,the research of this paper has a good reference value for the new product development management of other medical device companies. |
