The Analysis Of Technological And Scientific Network Map Based On Patents

In the era of knowledge economy,science and technology innovation has become an important factor for social development.Therefore,a large number of scholars have made quantitative research on science and technology innovation.Based on previous studies,this study believes that the patent is the manifestation of the technological innovation;the literature is scientific innovation achievement carrier.The aim of this paper is to identify the significant spots and guide the further patents inventions.Patents and literatures' theme can represent research content from the semantic perspective.Previous research on the technical term is the main key words,compared with the keywords,patents or literature on the subject can be more comprehensive to reflect the content,so the theme of the patent or the literature are cut into technical terms.Through the frequency statistics of technical terms,co-word analysis and dynamic model,network map is constructed.Patents' citation network is constructed based on citation matrix,which can be used to identify significant research spot.Camera sensitivity field is retrieved in the United States Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO)database.This research method can be extended to other areas,which can be used to reveal inner relationship.The research result indicates:(1)The number of technical co-words converges along with time,which indicates patents research focus on stable hotspots within one range.(2)Most patents in the field of camera sensitivity are gathered in two aspects:electrochemical and display screen.(3)The degree distribution of nodes conforms to power-law distribution,which means a small number of nodes have a large connection,a large number of nodes with a few link.(4)Patents mainly can be divided into two communities and some intermediate patents connect two parts.(5)The cited paper mainly focused on the research of electrochemical and battery,thus as nickel metal hydride battery and lithium battery,the inventions greatly increase the performance of batteries.
