The uneven development of regional economy is a common problem in the world, and it has been paid close attention to by scholars. While China is a big country, the imbalance of regional economic development is a very prominent problem. Since the reform and open policy, with the rapid development of economy, the regional economic differences is growing, gradually becoming the important factor of the threat to social coordinated development. It has been more and more valued by various government departments and researchers. But most of the researchers focus on the issue of regional development from the perspective of the economic development, others seldom study it from the perspective of macroeconomic growth fluctuation.Under the background of the impact of the economic globalization and the international financial crisis on China regional development, coordinating the relationship between the state and the local, local and local become the focus of future development to better promote the coordinated development of the national and regional economies and maintain the sustainable and stable development of the macro economy.Based on the idea of elasticity in economics, this paper constructs the regional response coefficient to analyze the degree of regional response change of economic growth. Select the data of 334 prefecture-level cities in China from 2000 to 2014 as a basis for research and analysis, the regional response degree is analyzed based on the coefficient of variation. The degree of regional response is roughly divided into 2000-2007 and 2007- 2014 two period. And the spatial response method is used to divide the different response types to study the regional response pattern changes in different time periods. The study shows that the response area has expanded from the east to the central and western regions in 2000 and has become the main area to guide China's economic growth. Secondly, the ESDA method is used to analyze the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the regional response. The results show that the regional response of China's economic growth has obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics.Based on the previous studies, the author use linear regression and geo-weighted regression model to explore the factors affecting the regional response. The results showed that the different time periods were affected by different factors, the total amount of social consumer goods, fixed assets investment, the proportion of GDP and the urbanization rate of the industry, the income of urban and rural residents have a great influence on the regional response, and the factors are positively related to the economic regional response. From 2007 to 2014, the total amount of social consumer goods, fixed assets investment, fiscal expenditure, the proportion of GDP of tertiary industry, urban residents' income has a greater impact on regional response. And the effect of different factors on the region is also different. The impact of consumption and fixed assets investment factors in 2000-2007 shows the characteristics of the north high and south low, and the urbanization rate is characterized by the high and low middle of the surrounding area. The proportion of the secondary industry showing the characteristics of northeast, southwest low and middle east high, while the affected areas of urban and rural income are roughly opposite. From 2007 to 2014,the overall consumption shows the distribution characteristics of the northwest high and the southwest low. The investment of the fixed assets shows the characteristics of the west high east and the south low from the spatial distribution. The impact of fiscal expenditure shows the characteristics of high and low in the north and south, and the income of urban residents shows the characteristics of the north high and south low.The influence of the tertiary industry on the regional response is high in the west and low in the east. Finally, putting forward the corresponding development proposals based on the above.
