The Research On Financing Platform Of Indemnificatory Housing Based On The PPP Mode

Indemnificatory housing is a major project of the livelihood.Its steady development is related to our country’s economic stability and social stability.Right now,the financing of the indemnificatory housing has formed a government-led financing model which used the local indemnificatory housing platform as an instrument which contains several serious risks.However,the widely application of project financing in Infrastructure construction pride a great reference for indemnificatory housing building.After compare several different modes of project financing,PPP is found the best mode which match China’s current situations.This paper discuss the possibility of PPP which would be applied in China’s indemnificatory housing building with the tools of SWOT and Net present value model,and get a positive answer,but in view of Chinese indemnificatory housing just has the beginning,its prospect is uncertain and get great risk,so must optimize the financial structure and share the risk to attract the private sector.So,this paper employs a game model and Monte Carlo simulation method to find the best financial structure.
