Bank is the bank to implement the business strategy of the foothold, is the main business operations, is to display the image of the window, is the service of customers, is the platform for business, marketing products is the channel. In a certain sense, the network of the mode of operation, management, business functions, operating vitality, the level of development are determined and affect the whole line of its business and management. The importance of the network is self-evident. With the development of Internet finance, especially the emergence of the new normal economy in our country , the traditional management mode and methods of the past have formed a strong impact and challenge, which requires the traditional banks to actively deal with and make urgent reform and innovation. The overall profitability of the network.J Bank Nanjing Branch because of the establishment of a short time, Nanjing financial market competition, after several years of development, the bank network of large investment, but the net yield has been little effect, which is not related to its network strategy. This paper takes the current situation of J Bank Nanjing Branch as the research object, analyzes from the aspects of network setting and background service support, so as to compare the competition situation of Nanjing. Pointed out that the J Bank Nanjing Branch in the network settings and other aspects of the problem: the lack of scientific layout of the network planning, network benefits are low, can not adapt to changes in customer demand preferences and personnel quality problems. Through the investigation and interview and the timing of J Bank Nanjing Branch, the reasons leading to this problem are : the lack of professional site,network equipment aging, unreasonable allocation of human resources,customer-oriented marketing concept is not enough depth. On this basis, the proposed countermeasures to solve these problems : to carry out the top design,re-division of the type of network; to promote the standardization of network design,re-create the network of internal and external environment; according to the type of network business, adjust the internal institutions and positions Set up; do a good job in personnel training to promote the work , re-adjust the performance appraisal system. Hope that through the transformation of network research, J Bank Nanjing Branch of the business development and lay a solid foundation.The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to improve the focus of J Bank Nanjing Branch, so as to provide help for the development of enterprises and provide reference value for customer management of similar commercial banks.
