With the development of the trend of global economic integration,the domestic banks will face more challenges.How to find new profit growth points,to develop marketing strategies,keep the high-quality customer,mining potential customer consumption,scientific evaluation of customer risk are China bank problems,strengthening customer relationship management will have a significant impact on the bank's operation management and market decision.Based on the review on the theory of customer relationship management,taking A bank F branch as the research object,according to the bank A F branch customer management does not fully reflect the customer orientation,management system and management mode need further embodies the customer-centric customer oriented product development,lack of innovation,customer relationship management and technology support to further strengthen the problem of customer relationship management status of A bank F branch to ask questions,analyze problems and combining with the development trend of customer relationship management,put forward the A F branch of bank customer relationship management optimization strategy.Specific content includes:Firstly,introduces the background and significance of the research,the research methods and ideas and possible contributions;secondly,through reading related literature,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of customer relationship management,customer relationship management is considered as a system engineering,including system,process,technology management,organization management and other aspects,characteristics to specific situations,carry out targeted improvement;thirdly,through empirical research,analyzing the current situation of A bank F branch customer relationship management,and puts forward the existing problems,analysis of the reasons;fourth,put forward the optimization measures of A bank F branch customer relationship management,and strive to build a perfect customer relationship management system;finally,is the conclusions of this study and analysis,and the prospect of the next step.
