Research On The Evaluation Of Residential Land Intensive Use And Potentiality

Under the circumstance of considering factors of society,economic and land,the purpose of this paper is to find a efficient way to evaluate the level of residential land use intensification and its potential,which is based on the goal of uniting the economic,social and ecological benefits together.Exemplifying through an empirical study on assessing the intensification level and potential of the urban residential areas in Gaogang District of Taizhou City,the paper established the indices system based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process method as well as the way to calculate the harmony degree,and analyzed the results of evaluation.The results contains:(1)the meaning of urban residential land intensive use;(2)establishment of the evaluation index system of urban residential land intensive use;(3)the method of calculating the potential of urban residential land intensive use and the harmony degree of each part of the evaluation system;(4)using Gaogang district as a example to verify the evaluation system;(5)corresponding political advices.The conclusion of this paper contains:(1)intensive use of urban residential land means in the present and for the foreseeable future,to fully tap the potential of residential land use in order to achieve the required residence features living and other ancillary functions use patterns as the core,as well as not deliberately chasing the ultra-high utilization of land and keeping development adapt to the pace of the city development;(2).the overall level of the urban residential land use in Gaogang District is still low.The level of central residential area is high and gradually become low at the outside places;(3)the potential of residential land use in Gaogang District is great,which means there are many land can be reformed to intensive use;(4)each part of the system shows in a harmony in through the evaluation in Gaogang District.
