Analysis Of The Economic Benefits For Different Method Of Collection Storage And Transportaion Model

Straw as a kind of clean and renewable resource,providing that it can be used in a sustainable way,it must be effectively relieve the energy crisis and environmental pollution in our country.But because the land policy of our country is based on family contract responsibility system,crop planting has the characteristics of dispersion,coupled with the strong seasonal characteristics of straw,short harvest time,accumulation and low energy density,easy to rot,it is difficult to save for long-term and other physical characteristics,resulting in straw storage and transportation costs are too high,restricting its use on a large scale.Therefore,this article is aimed at researching which way to collect straw and what kind of purchase mode is more economic and reasonable.This article builds a mode on the process of collect,storage and transportation of 4 current model(distributed artificial collection,collect dispersible machinery,centralized manual collection,centralized collection),and in the case of north China to collect 200000 tons of straw,according to the analysis of cost of equipment purchase,cost of collection transportation and storage,the number of artificial in different mode.The results show that:(1)Four modes of equipment purchase cost from big to small in the order: centralized machinery collection,dispersible machinery collection,centralized manual collection,distributed artificial collection.(2)Straw collection way is the main factors influencing the straw supply system,although mechanical collection of equipment purchase cost is higher than manual collection in the initial stage,but it can save 10355-13325 persons on the number of artificial and save 1465.87-2802.08 million yuan on the total cost of collect storage and transportation.So the mode of mechanical collection is more economical and efficient than artificial collection.(3)On the same way of collection mode,equipment purchase cost in centralized mode is slightly higher than dispersible mode,but it can save 506-2464 persons on the number of artificial and save 625.7-710.51 million yuan,centralized mode is more economical and reasonable than dispersible mode.(4)Distributed artificial collection mode is mainly used in the enterprise which straw need is small;centralized manual collection mode is mainly used in the enterprise which need is big on straw;dispersible machinery collection mode is used by some small and medium-sized enterprises;centralized machinery collection mode is the development direction of the future of the enterprises which straw need is big.
