Firstly, I induce and the analysis the the main current domestic straw Collection, storage and transport model in our country,on this basis, building the Prediction models of main crop straw resources,In a given region,The theoretical prediction for the power of straw resources.it is 378400 tons in the ideal case,which can be used for power generation straw resources of the Sheqi county every year,However, due to some irresistible factors, the annual power generation of straw resources available for the most conservative case is about 227000 tons.Based on the analysis and conclusion, constructing the Artificial and Mechanics two straw storage and transportation mode and analysis the logistics cost of the two kinds of model.based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of technical economics and modern logistics. Constructed the mathematical model, and then optimized and analysis.According to the data of investigation and the mathematical model,By calculating:when the straw recycling company uses the Artificial model, then the price of every meal straw to factory in average is 385.4 yuan;when the straw recycling company uses the Mechanics model,then the price of every meal straw to factory in average is 264.4 yuan;Compared Mechanics model with Artificial model,we can see that the price of every meal straw to factory in average reduces 121 yuan, Assuming the annual purchase amount of the straw is 200000 tons,it can save the cost of 24200000 yuan per year,then,The laifa straw recycling company of Henan Sheqi should be preferred Mechanics model.Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the above two models, the conclusion :when the straw recycling company uses the Artificial model,the cost of collection is the most sensitive,It is due to the most of the farmers go out to work now and lead to the shortage of rural labor force, resulting in the increased cost of artificial collection.when the straw recycling company uses the Mechanics mode, the cost of storage is the most sensitive factors,It is Mainly due to the large amount of storage, while the current land leasing and management cost is higher, leading to the cost of storage increased. |
